Library Information
The library collection contains approximately 31,000 books,
4,400 audiovisual items, 44 magazine subscriptions, and five
newspapers. Online resources provide access to 17 databases
which support the curriculum.
Circulation Policy
Students need a school ID to check out library materials.
Most books circulate for two weeks. Reference books and reserve
books may be checked out overnight. Students will receive email
messages concerning overdue items. All fines must be paid and
books returned by the end of the year.
Photocopying
There are two photocopy machines located in the library. This
equipment is provided so that students may copy pages from books
as needed. Students may also make 5 copies of a document for
a class. There is a 10 cent charge for each copy.
Media Collection
Audiovisual resources include 3400 VHS and DVD recordings,
525 cassettes, and 320 compact disks selected to support the
curriculum. Audiovisual materials may be used in the library.

Multimedia Center Resources
The Multimedia Center, Room 502, provides access to a color
printer, digital scanners, transparency and laminating services,
and media equipment. Students must sign in at the Circulation
Desk in the library when using the resources during study hall
periods.
