Ted has been providing injury care at Hinsdale Central since
August 2002, and has been a Licensed
Certified Athletic Trainer since 1989. He
has also been a Certified Orthopedic
Technologist since 1996. Originally from
Madison, Wisconsin, Ted received his
Bachelors Degree from the University of
Wisconsin in 1987 and a Masters Degree from
Ohio University in 1989. He helped provide care
during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta
and volunteered at the United States Olympic
Training Center in Colorado Springs in 1991.
Ted has traveled internationally with the
Sports Medicine Staff of USA Track & Field
in 1994, 1998, 2001, 2005 and 2007. On his
last trip in August 2007, he was selected to
serve as the Head Athletic Trainer for the
Thorpe Cup Decathlon Competition between the
US and Germany in Germany. Ted has served on
the Illinois Athletic Trainers Association
Committee on Revenue since February 2004 and
has been the Region 1 Representative to the Illinois
Athletic Trainers Association Board of
Directors since November, 2006.
Ted is employed by OccuSport Physical
Therapy and works as a Physician-Extender
for Hinsdale Orthopaedics.
