Varied Dates

An eight-week program in which college-bound students participate in laboratory research under the direction of Argonne scientists and engineers.  Students will be selected by Argonne scientists and engineers who will provide for research experiences in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Energy, Conservation, Environmental Impact and Technology, Materials Science, Mathematics, Nanomaterials, Advanced Nuclear Energy Systems, and Physics.

 BroadreachEducational leadership summer adventures for teenagers ages 13-19 including scuba, sailing, marine biology, and wilderness programs worldwide.  Program locations include the Caribbean, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras, Egypt, Fiji, the Solomon Islands, and Australia.  Trips are 14-31 days in length in June, July, and August.

The IU Kelley School of Business I good at building strong women leaders.  If you’re a young woman who is a current high school junior, hey invite you to apply for the 2010 Young Women’s Institute.  If selected, you’ll join a unique group of approximately 29 other women from around the country to spend a week at Indiana University this July.  While living on the IU campus, you’ll participate in workshops with top-notch IU faculty members, interact with successful Kelley alumni, meet with current students, explore the IU campus, and prepare a real-world business case project.  YWI will give you a taste of the college experience and prepare you for future success.

Middle School Program for students entering grades 7-9  -  Students select two major courses plus an afternoon minor course and sport.  College Prep Program  -  For students entering grades 10-12.  Credit or enrichment courses.  Students select one major course plus an afternoon lab or minor course and sport.  English as a Second Language  -  For students entering grades 7-12.  Levels range from beginning to advanced and provide practice in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

June 22 – July 28New Zealand Summer Ab road  - For students entering grades 10-12.  Students spend one week at NMH and four weeks in New Zealand studying its history and culture and experiencing the country’s spectacular scenery by way of day hikes, bicycle rides and kayak expeditions.
