After earning a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Northern Illinois University, Angeline Matos taught Spanish at East Leyden High School in Franklin Park, Illinois.  She then relocated to South Florida where she continued to teach while she earned an M.S. in Guidance and Counseling from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. 

Angeline began her counseling experience at Pembroke Pines Charter School before returning to the Chicago area and joining the amazing guidance department at Hinsdale Central.  She is a member of the Illinois Association of College Admissions Counselors (IACAC) and the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC). 

Since her arrival at Central, Angeline has attended several college tours which included visits to universities in Georgia, private institutions in Virginia, and most recently participated in a twenty-six school tour throughout the west coast area including schools in Oregon, Idaho, California, and Washington State.
