Responsibilities:

Technology
• Oversee building tech committee and specialized tech programs
• Coordinate building level tech expenditures including hardware & software
• Oversee communication related to technology
• Collaborate on development of district standards, policies, & procedures and long-range technology planning
• Participate on District Tech Committee
• Work with tech support personnel to coordinate installations of all upgrades
• Coordinate implementation of software & hardware for data collection
• Coordinate professional development related to technology with the Assistant Principal for C&I

Support Staff Operations & Evaluation
• Coordinate and oversee end-of-the-year evaluations for all support staff
• Supervise & evaluate support staff supervisors including buildings and grounds director, administrative assistant, mailroom secretary, permanent substitutes, data processor, and bookstore personnel
• Supervise bookstore operations

Facilities
• Coordinate requests for and arrangements for building use
• Oversee calendar of activities and facility usage
• Supervise the daily announcements

Special Projects
• Coordinate and supervise the Character Education Program
• Coordinate preparation of all annual reports: Fall Housing, End-of-Year, Bilingual Census, School Report Card
• Coordinate Parent Teacher Conferences
• Supervise the nurse and the handling of accident reports for the building
• Supervise the cafeteria contractor and the Wellness Committee

Certified Staff Observation and Evaluation
• Conduct observations of tenure and non-tenure teachers as assigned
