The Achieve Program provides students with extra support throughout their day at Hinsdale Central.

Excel Study Hall is an academic program where students meet in a supportive environment to receive assistance. The Excel Study Hall staff members consult with classroom teachers and parents to help improve each student‘s achievement in courses. Student support in the areas of organizational skills, study skills, and homework completion will be available and structured with each program. Students assigned to the Excel Study Hall will attend 5 days per week during their scheduled period and will continue to receive these services until all grades earned are at a C level or above for two consecutive quarters at which point they can transfer into a regular study hall. A 0.25 credit is earned per semester for successful participation in this program.
